Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos tunas in tin


  • 4 nos green chillies


  • 4 nos shallots


  • 1 piece ginger


  • 3 sprig curry leaves


  • 1 tsp fresh coconut oil


  • 1 nos kudampuli (canbodgia) slice


  • 1 cups grated coconyr


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 cups water


  • 1 tsp salt ,some to taste

Directions

  • Soak Kudampuli in water after slitting it in length.
  • Crush Greenchillies,shallots,curryleaves along with grated coconut.Don not grind it.
  • Take out the tuna out of tin,remove the water in tin.
  • After this crush tunas with your hands and mix it well with the crushed mix.
  • Heat this mix along with the kudampuli mix and add required water to it.Cook until the water drains.
  • Switch off the flame and add coconut oil and curryleaves and mix it gently
  • After 5 minutes it is ready to serve
